Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label instantly.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box, secure it inside a shipping mailer, and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
